Usage Data: We do not collect or store identifiable usage data. We may use aggregated, anonymised analytics to understand general platform usage patterns, without tracking or identifying individual users.

Migraide operates on a zero-retention model:

  • Uploaded files: Automatically deleted after real-time processing.
  • User input or form data: Not stored or reused after submission.
  • Email/contact info: Only retained temporarily if you directly contact us, and deleted upon resolution unless you request continued communication.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your data. Any rare disclosures would only happen in these limited situations:

  • Legal obligation (e.g., court order or lawful request).
  • Platform security or abuse investigation, only if necessary.
  • Service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting), and only under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers do not access user-submitted content.

We use encryption and secure access protocols to protect data during real-time processing. Because we don't store files or form data, the risk of long-term exposure is minimised.

5. Your Rights

Since we do not retain personal data, most data rights (access, deletion, correction) are automatically upheld. If you have specific concerns about any temporary data we may have during a support interaction, you can email us to confirm deletion.
